There is always the brute force method: copying your entire Entourage
database back and forth. That depends on your making changes only on one
computer at a time, and then copying that to the second computer before you
begin to work there. The Entourage database is found in your
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/ folder, under the name
of your primary identity (by default called "Main Identity"). Contacts are
part of the main database file.

Many have asked for a better way of doing this, and I believe Microsoft is
working on it. You can cast your vote for it by using the "Send Feedback on
Entourage" item in the Help menu.
