Yes, it's not only possible, but it's quite easy.

First, put all the mail into one folder in Entourage. Now, drag that folder
to the desktop - tis will create a unix-like MBOX file - the same format as
Eudora uses.

But, you've not quite finished yet!

Eudora-Win uses different line endings to the mac, and the mailbox needs to
be converted to win-style TEXT instead of Mac-style TEXT. This is easiest to
accomplish by using BBEdit. You can download a free 'lite' version that will
be perfectly adequate.

Just open the mailobox file in BBEdit, but don't edit anything.

Do a 'save as', and select widows or 'PC' file format from the options (the
exact wording depends on the version of BBEdit). This will convert the line
endings.

Now, all you have to do is drop the converted mailbox into Eudora's mail
folder and restart (the mailbox name MUST end in '.mbox'!). The mail folder
should automagically show up in Eudora's mailbox listing.
