I use Spamcop too, but I have a different way off reporting. I open the source view of the spam message, select all, copy, start an new message to Spamcop, and paste the source in the text area. Got pretty handy in using this method...
A similar way is to use Philip Kearney's "Forward with All Headers" script, available free from SomeDude Software.

Make sure you download the version for Entourage.
The only main difference that occurs to me is the fact that this script adds a "FW: " to the beginning of the new message's subject line, but the script can be modified to change that behavior.
