I'm curious to know how other folks are dealing with this common problem...

I have Entourage X installed on 3 Macs: desktop machines at work and at
home, and a PowerBook that I use for travelling (but which rarely goes to
the office). And yes, I have two licensed copies of Office X. I don't have
an account on an Exchange server, so I have to manually tranfer data between
the Entourage DBs on the three Macs. My current employer provides me with
an IMAP account, and that helps considerably. I've learned to create draft
messages as notes to myself, since they only exist in one IMAP folder and
can be read from any location. My personal/home email is a POP account, and
I have the "allow online access" and "leave a copy on server" options
enabled. But I still need to send copies of some messages to myself. And I
often need to reenter the same calendar events, reminders, and contact
records on more than one Mac.

Switching to Apple's iSync, iCal, and Address Book would solve some of these
issues. In fact, I would be surprised if the next major release of Office X
does not provide similar sync features. But until then, I'm wondering if
people have come up with tips on how to synchronize multiple copies of EntX.
I would rather not deal with a PDA.

Here's a really wacko idea. Panther provides an option to maintain a copy
of my iDisk on a local hard disk, with background synchronization. Would it
be possible to run the Entourage DB on iDisk (or on the local HD copy)?
Even if this were feasible, I would worry about constantly copying and
recopying the entire DB, corruption from dropped connections, etc.
