My office manager keeps my schedule. I get it into my handheld (Visor Edge) via phone modem. I then sync it into my Entourage calendar. I never enter appointments into my Entourage calendar (because that might conflict with appointments my office manager already scheduled). So, hoping to save time, I set conduit as handheld overwrites Entourage. Also, hoping to save time, it just syncs the calendar, not the memo or tasks or address book. Even with that stripped-down version of synching, it takes a long time (15 minutes or more) each day. I suspect it's rewriting the entire calendar (including all the past years) Is there a way to set it to it syncs only the changes made since the last sync (like my hard drive back up program does) or at least so it only does a new sync with information for today and into the future?
