Very true, also the built-in screen saver works fine for that.

There is also another additional ("rough") way I've been discussing
privately with Paul Berkowitz a few weeks ago.
I needed the same (increased) security and the OSX authentication was not
enough for me, since I sometimes share my Mac (with my user).

I created an encripted .dmg file named (and containing) the "Office X
Identities" folder and placed an alias of it in "Microsoft User data", so
that - any time I open Entourage - the password for mounting the .dmg file
is requested.
If the .dmg file is not mounted, Entourage does not even start up, so all
the filed msgs can't be seen.

The .dmg file can be hidden (set invisible with something like File Buddy)
so that it's not even visible on the desktop.

This way I can leave anyone using my Mac as long as Entourage is closed
and/or the image is not mounted.
With an Applescript you can unmount the .dmg (disk) if Entourage is not
running or you can eject it manually.

I really wish MS will include something like this (but smarter than this!)
in the new version, mail is alway very sensitive!

Ciao from Italy
Carlo

PS: there is also a way to create a expandable .dmg file, up to 2Gb in my
case, unfortunately its size can't decrease once it got up to a certain
amount.
