I have noticed quite a few times now that Entourage changes longer file names by shortening and putting in some 'garbage' - can somebody please tell me the 'rules' as to what I should do to avoid this. Just had one now that I shortened down to 32 characters (including spaces and full point) and took out the hyphen but still it changed it!!
