Mark, I have a Sony Clie and I use Entourage X under OS X 10.2.x and 10.3.x
The Clie syncs calendars/reminders fine with Ent X. The only problem I had was with names/addresses. I had many companies with no First Name or Last Name field...this did not work well with the MSoft conduit. Once I filled in a '-' for the name field, it worked perfectly along with the Calendar, Memo and Notes.
