I have a customer using Ent X, with all updates on a PB G4/10.2.8. Everything is working fine except for one message that can’t be read/opened or delete. When I select the message, I get what I call the “color pin wheel of death” and have to force quit. I have done both rebuilds of the database. This is a POP account.
Any other ideas to solve this would be appreciated.
I'll pass along a tip I got from this list several months ago, and which cleared this up when I have encountered it:
If you turn off the "Preview Pane" option in the View menu, you should be able to delete this message.
