My co-worker has been trying to receive attachments from the same client for the last few days. The client has emailed her at least 10 times. Sometimes the attachments come through and sometimes they don't and the client swears that she's attached them.
My co-worker is running Entourage version 10.0.0. Could there be a bug in this version of Entourage the prevents attachments from coming through? Any advice would be appreciated!
