The rules interface doesn't allow further rules to be processed on a message if a preceding rule runs an AppleScript or moves a message. That's why you see the box grayed out on some of your rules. You'll probably need to add the Run AppleScript action to your existing rules. I agree that following that method is quite tedious, but at the moment that's the only way to do it.
