Entourage 2004/Exchange

I am the admin of a large Exchange 2003 system.  I get lots of complaints from Mac users about Exchange connectivity in Entourage and the lack of features as compared to Outlook (calendar sharing). We have Entourage 10.1.5.   Will Entourage 2004 improve Exchange connectivity?
