I have three email addresses (and accounts in Entourage). Since emails for all three come into my inbox together, is there any way to have them color coded? Thanks.
With a Rule. First, in Edit/Categories/Edit Categories make three new categories with names the same as your 3 accounts or email addresses. Give them whatever colors you want,
If
Account is <Account 1>
Action
Set category to <Email 1>
And the same for the other two.
