He gets A LOT of spam (250 a day). I've got his assistant using Spamfire, which is working incredibly well for them, since he never sees 95% of the spam. But because of the way Spamfire works, on the timed schedule, inevitably some of it gets through. Not much, but some.
Now, when he receives a message, regardless of who it's from, in EVERY SINGLE email that comes to his inbox, the sender is captured AND ADDED TO his address book.
I'm not talking about when he types a new message and starts addressing the message - that checkbox is turned off, and the clear button has been pressed.
His address book contains 15,000+ addresses. I cleared it out a while back, but it's back again.
Any cure for this?
