It doesn't usually happen again so quickly, no. I suppose there are two possibilities: the much more likely one is that that database has some deeper problem which recreates the stuff you're seeing. So do an Advanced Rebuild this time. That should fix it. The other possibility is that your hard drive has problems. If the Advanced Rebuild doesn't fix the problems, or anyway, run Disk Warrior.
