I would urge the Entourage team to check the logic in this feature, because
it has been my experience as well that the list doesn't get sorted by
frequency.  I've had names in my MRU list that I hadn't sent an email to in
a year still above ones I used every few days.

I do have a theory, but I have no way to know it's true.  If the statistic
for "recent use" is when that item is CHOSEN from the list, not when an
email is actually sent to the person, then that could easily explain the
behavior I saw, because I would often choose the old address by accident,
then have to go change it again.
