I can't answer directly, but if you've been around a while, you may recall
that back when Entourage X was due for imminent release, and even more so
when Entourage 2001 was due for release, tremendous and unwanted excitement
was created on this list and elsewhere every time the message source
indicated that some unknown version of Entourage was being used by MS people
and a few other regulars. If you had sharp eyes during the pre-Entourage X
period, you would have noticed that that stopped at a certain point - these
people had the same versions as everyone else. You might be able to figure
out how that came to be. ;-)

Now supposing that, having learned from this previous experience, things
were set up properly from the beginning the next time a pre-release cycle
was to begin. And then, somewhere during the course of it, the existing
version was updated. I'd guess that maybe that might not always be reflected
in the source of the people who might be expected to - shall we say - have a
divergent version.

I can't say any more, but you can probably figure it out...

PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - 2001 or X.
It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.
