That seems more intuitive than the current > behavior, in my opinion. For me, it would be a bad design. If I want to snooze an alert, I will always want to pop the menu and choose a time delay. That means I have to mouse for the down-arrow, which is a tiny target. The larger target (the button) gives only a fixed and very short delay, a couple of minutes. That's something I never use. I would much prefer to see the snooze popup (and the others in Entourage) acting like standard OS X popups. One of the reasons I gravitated to Macs (rather than PCs) is because the UI was more consistent when I moved between applications. Variant controls, like these button/menu hybrids, can be useful. But their special behavior should be clearly communicated by a unique appearance. The snooze button looks very much like an ordinary popup. -- Julian Vrieslander <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
