Probably stupid question here as have used Entourage now for quite a few years but never used the Junk Mail Filter!! so I have turned it on and now have had couple of emails in that it says appears to 'be junk mail' couple I have specified to be 'not junk' but now had one that is junk and not sure what to do now!
