"Separate Group Messages" by Paul Berkowitz will let you use groups more than 50, and will send out the messages as individual messages. This way, all the good addresses will go through.
"Bulk Mail Script Set", by me, allows you to create a text file containing your mailing list (1st name-tab-Last name-tab-email-return for each recipient). Any number of names is okay. The script is set up to create either individual mail messages for each recipient (with facility to insert the recipients' first or last names), or to create messages with 50 recipients each (with you as the main recipient, all the rest BCC). You create a text file with the message text, and simply drop the message file and address list onto the script droplet. It does all the rest.
