Yes, Diane, you are correct.  Make sure you have a visible column 
selected as the sort column (just click on one of them).  If that's not 
it, then we'll have to go back to the drawing board.

I remember this coming up before but can't find my notes. Seems it had
something to do with column selected to sort addresses.
