Don't know if this will help but I Use Entourage 2001 on OS 9.2.2 along with Suitcase 10. In this scenario, I have to leave the Suitcase MenuFonts extension OFF in order to print. I use the WYSIWYG function in the MS Office prefs. instead of Suitcase menufonts.
