I am using Entourage X. Am co-moderator of a newsgroup and this entails a massive amount of correspondence and posting articles to the website. Some have told me Entourage is NOT the best program to use, but I don't believe them..I just think that due to my lack of expertise I am not utilizing all its great benefits (as this list knows, am pestering enough about it). In the past, I've been able to use the BCC feature and have always been able to check who I have sent BCC to by going to "View" "Source" in mail I've sent. Have no idea what I'm suddenly doing wrong, but for some reason, now that procedure is not working. No names show up when I try to check. I am selecting the individual names from my address book depending on which individuals should receive the mail; I just can't do a group list each time as it would be too time consuming. This is the same procedure as before. This just happened in the past week and I know it's me. Any ideas/help/sympathy would be most appreciated. Also, if there is a way to scan past digests, or find a website that gives more info on using Entourage specifically re newsgroups, it would keep me out of everyone's hair if I knew where to go.
