Title: AOL refusing my E'rage X emails
For the past four months, a large majority of any email I send to an AOL address is getting bounced back, with the following type description:
> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: host mailin-03.mx.aol.com[64.12.137.152] said: 554-:
> (HVU:NR) This email is rejected for containing one or more URLs which do
> not follow RFC guidelines. For additional inforCODE=DL0 554 TRANSACTION
> FAILED
After speaking with both my ISP (comcast) and host (dreamhost), I found a tech guy at dreamhost who said
> This is a content based block of some sort. It does not appear that AOL
> is blocking our mail server... the "fault" then isn't really either with
> us or with your ISP. The only people who can ultimately tell you why this
> is happening are the people at AOL. My *guess* (a fairly well informed
> guess) is that you're sending mail in HTML format, and AOL is barfing on

After getting this email, I tried sending a few test emails to some AOL friends, using plain text, and sure enough, they all went through.
My questions: is this a standard problem with Entourage X (10.1.4)? Is anyone else seeing this? Do you think the above tech guy is correct?
thanks as always.
