I purchased Student/Teacher Edition for my office PC's and found out that
you cannot upgrade with the edition. For me to upgrade to Office 2003 for
my PC's, I need to purchase new software. I'm going to step out on a limb
and believe the same would be for 2004. You're locked into the S/T Edition.
