1. You can set it up for yourself, and have always been able to:

2. It's a useless exercise: it depends on the _receiving_ email client
having such a thing implemented, and only a few do. If you spend you're
entire life sending only to Outlook Express Windows and Outlook Windows,
this will work. But don't depend on it otherwise.
3. That's why Entourage does not have it built in by default - so you don't
have false expectations that it will be reliable. It isn't reliable, since
it depends on an unknown receiving email client. You'd be best off
forgetting you ever heard of it.
4. How would you know what Entourage 2004 has improved? It's not released
yet. And the features which have been divulged publicly represent probably
only 5-10% of new features and fixes. You have only a few more weeks to wait
now, and you can see for yourself or ask here...
