There are many reasons but here's one example: At 6:00 AM run a script that moves all read messages in my Inbox that are older than seven days, that are set to category "faxes", and move them to the "Fax Archive" folder. At the same time, strip the PDF attachments and save them to a “Fax Storage” folder on my hard drive.
