I haven't seen this problem with any Office installation. The only suggestion I have is to download run "Printer Setup Repair". You can get it here: <http://www.fixamac.net/software/psr/> I've used this with great success. Make sure you are careful with this utility. Afterwards you will probably have to reinstall your printer driver.
