Thanks to Barry and Jeffrey for their very helpful scripts. At least I can continue to use my current ISP, even while I mock their lack of intelligence.
Actually, I'm a bit worried that they will go the next step and automatically delete any mail they consider to be spam without givine their clients either warning or options to fix it.
