- If you are viewing the message list in groups and start clicking the trash icon or start hitting delete to move messages to the deleted items folder, the process stops working when you reach the top of the group. This is great, because you might have been keeping certain older messages for reference that you do not wish to delete, and this helps avoid accidentally removing them.
