Seems like there is an inconsistency with the border of a "custom view"
window and the rest of the windows Entourage 2004 can display.

The problem seems to be on the part of the window that falls below the
toolbar, which is correctly drawn to match ALL other windows. This effect
can also be seen on the bottom part of the window (not shown) as well.
Obviously not a huge deal, but it has been bugging me for a few days now :-)
