When I tried to open prefs to change it back, it quit before the prefs opened. The funny thing is only the "browser window" quit, not the app -- the progress window remained opened and my download schedule (every 5 min.) ran normally, with mail coming in, but I couldn't get a browser window open to see anything (I also had to force-quit to quit the app). I was able to do a typical rebuild, but that didn't help. I went into user->library->prefs, and trashed everything I could see that might be related to EntX, or to Office-related fonts, but that didn't do it either. I tried to switch/set-up a new user, but that also crashed. I do have a backup HD and am using EntX from that now, but as I'm traveling right now, I haven't done a backup for 2 days, and there are critical emails in my internal HD that I would like to get back, if possible. I'm afraid to move the EntX user data from my internal HD to my backup, because that might recreate the same problems in the backup, and in some way I also can't recover (leaving me with no email at all). Any ideas??
