But these aren't just two different apps -- they're part of a suite, and
that implies a certain amount of similar functionality. When editing text in
Word, Cmd-Delete deletes the immediately previous word. When editing text
for a presentation in PowerPOint, Cmd-Delete deletes the immediate previous
word. Why shouldn't end users expect similar behavior from Entourage?

You're not listening to the complaint. You're just trying to rationalize the
issue away.
