Are you referring to pictures sent in newsletters and complex HTML mail,
which aren't visible in the Attachments pane but show a red X on the screen?
There should be a button to "Download Pictures" in the Info Bar of such
messages, which is a new security feature in Entourage 2004.  In Entourage
-> Preferences, you can go to General Preferences / Security, and make sure
that the option to "Automatically download pictures from my Address Book
contacts" is checked, but there is no way to force images to download in all
messages like you could in earlier versions of Entourage.
