IMAP Issue with Ent. 2004

The client doesn’t hit the server sometimes when doing a send/receive. This happens both during the scheduled and manual send/receive. Oddly enough it does work every now and then but most of the time it does not. We can view live logs on the email server, and its clearly not even attempting to login most of the time. When it does however it works fine. Also closing and reopening the APP will cause it to check mail correctly every time. Any feedback? We are using a linux based qmail email server. IMAP with any other client (even the older entourage) works flawless. Tried all the settings (live sync, etc) Thanks, Sean
