It's not uncommon for me to receive messages from clients and friends in HTML format. No big deal. For one client who uses Yahoo mail, every time I reply to his HTML formatted messages in Entourage 2004, I'm told that the message will be sent in Unicode. This doesn't happen in any other case. Any clue why this is?
