Here's how that's handy. I leave Entourage running all the time (and my PowerBook, too, for that matter). I have ChronoSync set to backup at a particular time. Now, we know that it's not a good idea to backup a database while it's being modified, so I have a pre-sync script that sets Entourage to work offline.
