Diane Ross posted some helpful tips here in response to an posting I made last week on this same subject.
After a few days of not encountering multiple copies of the same email up in my Entourage .mac account inbox, it's back again tonight. There are two copies of the 8PM Entourage-Talk Digest and I have three copies of a weekly newsletter I received. When I check my mail using the Apple Mail client, all is normal. This is a new issue for me since upgrading to Entourage 2004. I have been a longtime subscriber to both of these newsletters at my .mac email address and never encountered the problem in Entourage X.
