Title: Quick note of thanks
My newbie mom video chatted me today, upset because Entourage X was crashing. While we were talking, I went to http://www.entourage.mvps.org, clicked on Troubleshooting, then Crashes, and then read that first hint about a possible crashing spam message. I had her turn off the JMF, retreive the message, and voilà, no crashes. Sure enough, it was a spam message. We deleted it, and there have been no crashes since.
Many thanks to the folks that not only put the site together, but created such stunning layout and logic that it took me all of 10 seconds to find the solution. Bravo.
