That explains the one bounce message I got. It doesn't explain the two other times I sent with that faulty address and didn't get a bounce. Well, I guess bounces or lack thereof are not definitive, if that's the right word. Mary herself is elusive, and also technology-disinclined, so it is really difficult for me to ask her to verify receipt of what I've sent. Thanks for the info -- I haven't seen anything about such problems. (But I haven't looked, either.) I _think_ Entourage ought to have an easy, intuitive and fully-functional method of dealing with multiple addresses for one person. Making a group certainly ought to work, but my first impression is it may introduce other problems. I have other information about Mary -- address, several phone numbers, and so on. Let's say I create an entry for "Mary Domain1 Smith" and a distinct entry for "Mary Domain2 Smith" and a distinct group called "Mary Smith". (I assume middle names are sufficient to disambiguate different entries.) Since a group has no information except its members, I've got to put the other data in one or both individual entries. Oh, Mary's cell number changed. Now, I'm the one responsible for remembering and figuring out this somewhat schizophrenic method and updating (probably) both records. One of the reasons I have a computer is to have it take care of details like this. Update: Mary _still_ hasn't received my email!
