Get Disk Warrior. This is disk damage, and First Aid is too primitive to do much. Get DW before things get worse. It's the best utility for this. (TechTool Pro might be OK too. If it came with your computer, try it first.)

PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - **2004**, X or 2001. It's often impossible to answer your questions otherwise.

Entorage 2004 (v.11.00)/Mac OSX v. 10.3.4
....is showing up the possible database corruption message. Each utility log throws up something like the message below...after re-building database the 2nd message shows up suggesting continued corruption. OSX Disk Utility/Permissions have been run etc & Multiple database re-builds have so far failed to erradicate......any suggestions here please?
