Any advice from anyone? That's not Entourage's fault. That was a bug in v2.5.0 (2004 update) of my Sync Entourage-Address Book script. Instead of just removing any Instant Message addresses from the notes (to put them in the new IM fields), it removed all the notes. Unless you changed something later in the Entourage contacts, all the notes will be intact in Address Book and you can sync them back with v2.5.1. It's fixed in v2.5.1, which came out a week ago. Follow the instructions to get all your notes back, but with one change not yet in the instructions: if you have links to your contacts in Entourage, or photos there, instead of doing a "One-Way Address Book Overwrites Entourage" First Run, which will delete the Ent originals before syncing from AB, do a "Two-Way (Synchronize)" First Run choosing to **make Address Book precedent". That will be slower, but will not delete the contacts, links or photos - it will just re-write all the data, including the missing notes. -- Paul Berkowitz MVP Entourage Entourage FAQ Page: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/faq/index.html> AppleScripts for Entourage: <http://macscripter.net/scriptbuilders/> PLEASE always state which version of Entourage you are using - **2004**, X or 2001.
