The new custom views feature in 2004 is great to group and sort messages from mailing-list to your own preference.
But I can't figure out, how to display threads hierarchically (by identation and probably connecting lines), so you get an immediate impression of the relationship between messages and replies. Is this impossible in Entourage 2004, which would be real drawback in compare to Thunderbird f.e., or can someone show me, how to activate this view.
