If you change that to "match unless ANY criteria are met", you'll get the No
due dates plus any incomplete but overdue tasks. There's no way to narrow
that down further.

(If you're wondering, Entourage actually considers "No due date" tasks to
have a date of Jan. 1, 1904 - the beginning of Mac time. That's why there's
always at the wrong end of the Tasks list, as if they were wildly overdue.
IMO they should be given the date of Feb. 4, 2040, or some date in early
2035 if worried about transferring to Windows ever - which would put them at
the correct end of the list - "never, never" off in the future somewhere.
I've been saying this for 4 years but there's been no change.)
