We've now had two users lose the Global Address List lookup function, apparently spontaneously. That is, Entourage (2004, on OSX 10.3.4) was able to successfully execute a name query for awhile, but then - with no user intervention - stopped.
In neither case have we been able to restore lookup function by changing the Account settings to match other working machines. One user has been able to restore the lookup function by deleting the account in Entourage and then recreating the account. Second user has not yet done so (cautious and concerned about losing a large store of mail). Has anybody else seen this happen, i.e. spontaneous loss of name:address lookup? Have you been able to restore the function? What did you do?
