I was answering James. In 2004 messages form yourself are not exempt from
being classified as junk by virtue of being from you, and in fact have a
higher than average chance - given other considerations - of being
considered junk. In X, only the first half applies (not exempt, but no
higher probability than other mail).  If you give your messages clear,
interesting informative  subjects and not generic "Hi" or <no subject> ,
etc. they're much more likely not to be considered junk.
