Actually, in Entourage 2004, you can now Export/Import calendar events
separately from the File->Export menu. It requires both machines having
2004, and it does not sync the imported events with existing ones; it
imports them all even if duplicated. I don't know of any way to export
SELECTIVELY, either, except by category. I suppose one could set up a "sync"
category and, when ready to transfer a selection of calendar events:

    1. Find all events with "sync" category, remove it.
    2. Locate all events you want to transfer and assign the "sync"
category.
    3. Use Export to export all calendar events in the "sync" category.
    4. Transfer that file to the alternate machine.
    5. Import that file into Entourage on the alternate machine.
