I have a client who runs exchange server and has just "upgraded" to Entourage to connect to that server. He had previously successfully connected with Exchange 2001 client under OS 9 (and in fact still can, under classic mode).
When we try and set him up with Entourage 2004, it seems to connect, and we can see his various mailboxes- in, out, sent items, etc.- but it never downloads the content of the boxes- it's as if their all empty. We can also successfully see the contents with Panther Mail- it's just Entourage 2004 that has the problem. Settings have been double and triple checked. What's the secret?
