I was reminded of this when I read the thread about completion dates on
tasks. As Paul said there:

I have some recurring tasks that are just there to create a daily or weekly
reminder ("take pill" "pick up veggie box." This works very well for me,
except that if I go look at a list of tasks, it's cluttered with repetitions
of these "reminder" tasks, marked complete. I can sort intelligently and
delete bunches of them at once, but I keep wishing I could just mark a task
to be deleted when it's completed as I create it (or maybe when I mark it as
complete?) instead of having to clean out my tasks list periodically. Am I
missing something, or should I send feedback on this in the hope that it
will get fixed next time?
