Lars' suggestion is a good one. You could also try an experiment with some
of the people who did not receive the autoresponder mail (and obviously have
reported that fact to you): Send them the identical message from Entourage
yourself. If it gets through to them, the content of the message is not the
problem, and Lars is probably right about the provider being blocked.

You know that it is possible to use Entourage to send auto-response mail,
don't you? (I do it all the time.) If you want something more sophisticated
than the built-in "Reply" rule action (which sends identical message to
everyone, no customizing with user's name and such, and does not allow
attachments), you'd have to use an AppleScript. I do that. It can be a
little annoying because Entourage takes off on its own and I have to wait
until the message has started sending before I can do anything (a few
seconds), but as it happens less than once a day for me, I put up with it.
